How Agenteous Started

Meticulosity launched in 2009 and evolved into one of the most technically capable HubSpot partners in North America. By 2018, we went all-in on white-label services for other agencies.

By 2024, we were drowning. Overflowing inboxes. Slipping time tracking. Knowledge trapped in heads. The CEO spending three hours a day on email. Nothing off the shelf scaled.

So we built what we needed. Not a chatbot: 20+ coordinated AI agents across two pods — Operations and Marketing & Delivery — running 24/7, with human approval on every client-facing action. Agenteous is that system, fully managed in the cloud for other agencies.

Dave Ward founded Meticulosity in 2009 and spent 17 years growing it into a specialized HubSpot operation serving agencies on four continents.
